In-Person Academic Program (Kindergarten–8th Grade)

For families seeking a consistent, structured environment with daily teacher interaction, our in-person program offers focused instruction in small groups. 

With no more than six students per class, teachers are able to:

What Students Experience

Students receive structured teaching in literacy, writing, mathematics, and content areas aligned with grade-level standards.

Themed, Project-Based Units

Learning is organized around thematic study areas. At the end of each unit, students complete a culminating project that demonstrates mastery and highlights individual interests.

Personalized Learning Pace

If your child has already mastered a concept, we move forward. If deeper practice is needed, we slow down without stigma. Growth is measured by progress, not comparison.

Metacognitive Skill Development

Students are explicitly taught how to plan tasks, manage time, reflect on mistakes, and track their progress. These executive functioning strategies are especially helpful for learners who struggle with organization or focus.

This program is well-suited for families who want their child fully immersed in a small, supportive academic environment.

Hybrid Program

Some families need flexibility without sacrificing quality instruction. Our hybrid model blends in-person learning with structured virtual instruction.

Families choose how many days their child attends in person. On virtual days, students receive guided assignments, teacher feedback, and structured learning expectations.

Tutoring Services

Literacy & Foundational Math (In-Person or Virtual)

Targeted support can make a measurable difference, especially when delivered consistently and in small groups.

Our tutoring program focuses on:

  • Reading fluency and comprehension
  • Foundational writing skills
  • Foundational math concepts
  • Intervention for skill gaps

Sessions are individualized based on diagnostic insight and student goals. Because tutoring occurs within our 6:1 framework (often even smaller), instruction is focused and efficient.

For example, students who struggle with reading stamina often benefit from explicit decoding strategies and structured practice. With consistent support, we regularly see students increase fluency and confidence within a single semester.

STEAM Camp (K–8)

Our after-school STEAM Camp extends learning beyond the traditional academic day. Students explore Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics through hands-on investigation. Projects are designed to encourage problem-solving, experimentation, and collaboration.

Career Exploration (Grades 6–8)

Middle school students begin asking larger questions about identity, purpose, and future direction. Our Career Exploration program provides structured opportunities to consider those questions thoughtfully.

  • Pathways to future education or training

Discussions are grounded in real-world relevance. Students learn how their skills can contribute positively to their communities. This program supports both practical planning and personal growth, helping students connect present effort with future possibilities.
